Samira Sews Her Way to Freedom

When Samira was introduced to Hagar, she felt sad and hopeless. Along with hundreds of other Afghan women, Samira trained to be a tailor through Hagar Afghanistan. She quickly gained the skills needed to support herself and her family and break the cycle of exploitation and abuse.
